David Johnson is a dedicated litigation lawyer with a passion for advising clients and guiding them through complex legal challenges. With years of experience as a litigator, David specializes in finding strategic, effective solutions to resolve disputes and claims. Whether through negotiation or litigation, his goal is to protect his clients’ interests while working efficiently to achieve the best possible outcome.

David takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing clear, actionable legal advice. His approach is focused on delivering results while minimizing stress and uncertainty during what can often be a difficult process.

Since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2009, David has primarily focused on claims against lawyers for professional negligence or malpractice. He also has experience in other areas of professional malpractice claims, corporate and commercial disputes and litigation, contractual claims, employment law claims and general litigation matters.  He has represented clients in the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal.
